About Our Association
The Nepalese Student Association at Towson University is a vibrant community dedicated to promoting Nepalese culture, fostering friendships, and providing support to Nepalese students and those interested in Nepal. We serve as a home away from home for Nepalese students while introducing the broader TU community to the rich traditions and values of Nepal.
Our Mission
To promote Nepalese culture, foster academic excellence, and build lasting friendships among students from all backgrounds.

Community Building
Creating a supportive network for Nepalese students and fostering cross-cultural friendships through regular meetups, cultural events, and mentorship programs.
Cultural Exchange
Organizing cultural festivals, language workshops, traditional cooking classes, and dance performances to share Nepalese heritage with the TU community.
Academic Support
Providing study groups, tutoring services, career guidance, and networking opportunities to help students succeed academically and professionally.
Leadership Development
Offering opportunities for students to develop leadership skills through organizing events, managing projects, and serving on the executive board.
